Major cleaning and repairs to the 1878 George Fincham organ in Inglewood

St Augustine’s, Inglewood

Our firm has completed major cleaning and repairs to the 1878 George Fincham organ in St Augustine's Anglican Church in Inglewood, an old gold mining town West of Bendigo in regional Victoria.

The organ is among the most intact organs in Australia, maintaining its original hand blowing mechanism and cone tuning, with only slight additions, such as an electric blower and console mirror, having been made to the instrument.
