Slider Windchests Recontructed on Significant Adelaide Hill Organ

Barossa Regional Arts Centre, Tanunda, South Australia

Work has now been completed on the reconstruction and refurbishment of all the slider windchests from the former Adelaide Town Hall 1875 William Hill & Son organ currently being restored and installed in the Barossa Regional Arts Centre, Tanunda, South Australia. This work included the installation of new tables to replace the unsound and badly split originals. New solid timber face and under boards have been manufactured to replace chipboard ones fitted in 1969.
